We’re excited to release our latest and largest update to date. Due to the size of the update, we’ve had to update our terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
Along with minor changes, the following has been added or updated:
- Urhere’s “Rate Library” which contains Urhere’s Interpretation of Modern Award – Casual Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA) [MA000009]. We’ll be adding more awards shortly.

- Ability to update an employee’s pay using the Pay by Area feature

- You can now safely delete timesheets in Xero and re-export them
- Urhere has become a Certified Xero App partner
- Export to Pay run / Pay slip as an option to Xero when exporting timesheets
- For existing customers, you will be asked to upgrade your Xero permissions with Urhere. You can read more here
- Urhere will update and create Xero Earnings rates for unmatched hourly rates and pay templates and apply the rate $ you set.
- Please be mindful of this during your first export as this may be a change for existing customers.
- Multiplier pay templates
- You can now choose to use a multiplier or a dollar amount when creating a custom pay template. For some businesses, multipliers will be easier to maintain as multiplier changes will apply to all linked employees
- Backdate salary changes
- When make salary changes you will be asked from which date you would like to apply this change. This is helpful for midweek wage increases or if you have added shifts before adding salary details
- Allowances export
- Allowances will now export to Xero.
