Employees have two options when they submit a leave request. Use the Urhere Online Employee portal found here or use the Urhere mobile app. You can find the article on submitting leave from the Urhere Employee Mobile App here.

Logging In To the Portal #
Using your browser, browse to: https://app.urhere.com.au (or hit the “login” button at the top of the urhere.com.au website).
You may have been provided credentials by your manager, use these to login. If you set a password using an invite code, simply use the same login and password you use for the Urhere Employee Mobile app.

Employee’s do not need to sign up for a trial, if you are having trouble logging in, please contact your manager or support@urhere.com.au.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” button at the bottom of the form.
Navigating the Urhere Employee Portal #
Once you have logged in, you will be presented with the Urhere Employee Portal. Click on the “Leave Manager” button.

The Leave Manager
On the leave manager screen you will be presented with two tables.
- Open Leave Requests
- This table will display any open leave requests you have submitted. You may edit unsubmitted leave.
- Previous Requests
- This table will show any previous actioned requests by your team leader / manager.
Submitting a new Leave Request #
To submit a new leave request, click on the “New Leave Request” button at the top of your screen

Selecting a Duration

- Single Day / Single Shift
- This option should be selected when the is only a single shift or day that is required for leave. For example, 1pm to 5pm on Monday, 12th of August.

- Consecutive / Multiple Days
- Use this option when the leave request for multiple shifts or multiple days. You can remove days from the selected range later in the process (this is explained below).
When to select the Single / Shift Single Day Duration Selection
Select this option if your leave duration is for a single shift or single day.
Select the beginning start date and time. If you shift does not go overnight, please ensure you select the same finish date. Select the appropriate finish time.

When to select the Multiple Day option
If you’re taking multiple days off in a date range, choose this option.
Click the “Click Here to Select Date Range” button. When you select the start and end date of your leave, you will be presented with each day of your leave request. Please ensure you select the appropriate start and end time for each day.
If your leave range is over multiple weeks, you may choose to exclude weekends from your selection.
You will be prompted to set the most common Day Start & Finish Times
This will prefill each day’s start and finish time for the hours you have selected. These would likely be your normal working hours.

If you are unsure what break time to enter, leave it blank or speak to your manager.
Once you have entered in your start and finish times, you will be presented with each day between your chosen dates. If you need to remove a day from your selected date range, click on “Remove Day”.
Type of Leave & Paid Leave
Carefully select the type of Leave you are requesting from the dropdown, including Paid or UnPaid leave. If you are unsure which of these select, please leave a note in the notes section of your app to inform your manager.
Leaving a Note on your Leave Request
You may leave a note for the approver. Please include any details you are unsure of from your request.
After Your Submission #
Your manager will be notified of your request. To check on the progress of your request, you may log in to the Urhere Employee Portal at any time.
Updates & Editing #
You may edit any unapproved or rejected leave request. Your manager will be notified of any changes you make.
Once your leave request has been actioned, you will be updated via the mobile app and/or email.
