Please note: Account owners won’t receive an invite code. You can simply log in to the app using your web login.
If you haven’t received an invite code:
Chat to your manager, they can re-send the email or simply provide you your invite code.
Download the Mobile App #
Go to the App Store or Google Play, search “urhere” and download the app or follow the links below:
Enter your Invite Code #
From your invite, copy, remember or write down your 4 digit invite code.
Once downloaded, the default screen in urhere presents you with two options. Click the “I have an invite code” option.
In the invite code screen, enter the email address where you received the code & enter the 4 digit code.
Set your Password #
If your invite code and email address combination is correct, you will be asked to set a password. No one else will be able to see this password.
The password must be a minimum of 6 characters. If you have forgotten your password, simply tap the “Forgot Password” button in the login screen.
Log-in to your account #
You’re all set. To log-in to the app, enter the email address and password you set earlier.
