Leave Mapping allows you to tag leave for export with specific accounting package codes.

Before you can map leave, please ensure you have the leave mapping feature turned on for your account, and your have added / imported custom payment codes.
This feature is not available to Xero customers.
Understanding Leave Types & Paid, Unpaid Leave
Each leave type in Urhere can either be paid, or unpaid. If the Leave Type has “Paid” or “Unpaid” in it’s name, that leave type will be locked to the it’s paid or unpaid status.

To set a leave type, Navigate to Account > Settings > Custom Pay Templates and scroll to “Leave Mapping”

It is recommended to set both the Paid and Unpaid instances of the leave type. Remember to save your updates after setting your leave mapping.
Notes
Leave shifts created after leave mapping has been added will require recalculation for the new leave mapping to apply. This can be done via the “Recalculate” button in the timesheet.
In circumstances where you may not have a requirement for “Annual Leave Unpaid” for example, simply set that to a default “unpaid” leave code.
