Roster published

When a manager publishes a roster, every employee on it receives a notification. They can view their shifts immediately from the app.

Employee clocks in

At the start of a shift, the employee opens the app and clocks in. The time is recorded against the rostered shift and visible to the manager.

Leave requested

Employees submit leave requests through the app. Managers review and approve or decline in Urhere. The roster updates automatically for approved leave.

Timesheet built from app data

Clock-in and clock-out times from the app are the source for timesheets. Managers review and approve — no manual hour entry needed.
